Rental Application Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate a combined household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and meet the property's credit requirements, which generally range from a 650 to 700+ credit score.
A non-refundable application fee of $40.00 applies to each applicant and cannot be refunded once the screening process has begun.
Prior to move-in, all approved residents must provide proof of renter's insurance.
